	How do I place an order? Click on "Order Now" from any page to make your purchase and complete the form. In the quantity box type the number of guides you would like to order. Review your order then click on the "Place Order Now" button.

If you selected Paypal to pay for your order, you will be taken to Paypal's Checkout page where you may confirm the details of your purchase and enter your Paypal login/password to complete the transaction. (NOTE: If you do not have a Paypal account, you can easily set one up from this same page).

If you did not select Paypal, you will be taken to the "Order Details" Page for 2Checkout.com, which will show you your order number. Click on "Save and Check Out" to proceed to enter your Credit Card number. Now click on "Complete Order Now" to begin processing your credit card payment.

Finally, your credit card will be authorized for the amount of your purchase and you will be sent to a "Thank You for Purchasing" page.

You will receive an email payment confirmation from our secured payment service immediately after your payment has been authorized. You can check your email and print out your online receipt for your own files.

Within 24 - 48 hours you should receive a shipping confirmation email from our shipping and handling department notifying you that your package is on its way to you. If you order on the weekends expect to receive a shipping confirmation by Tuesday at the latest. If you order during the week you should expect a shipping confirmation in no more than 48 hours.

When will my credit card account be charged?

Your credit card will be charged immediately after your it has been authorized for the amount of your total purchase.

Is it safe to use my credit card over the Internet?

Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best technique available today for secure electronic commerce transactions. SSL encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that the information cannot be read as it travels over the Internet.

Will you share or sell my personal information?

We value your business and respect your privacy. Information provided to us by our customers will never be sold to or shared with anyone for any use, except when it is necessary to complete your order or to comply with applicable laws, as is outlined in our privacy policy. Except in cases when we must contact you to update your product, we will not contact you without your consent.

What if I still am not comfortable using my credit card over the Internet?

You can still place an order for the QuickCanada Guide. There are three payment options available to you without having to enter your credit card number on the Internet:

Cashier's Check
Personal Check

All checks or international money orders must be made payable to "Better Life Publishing", and must include the details of which products you want to purchase, your shipping address and your email address so we can email you your shipping confirmation. Please be sure to add US$15.95 to your purchase price for shipping and handling. CANADIAN RESIDENTS: Please add 7% GST to your payment amount. ONTARIO RESIDENTS: Please add 7% GST + 8% PST to your payment amount.

Please allow 2-3 business days for payment processing after your payment is received. You will then receive an email confirmation noting that we have received your mail-in payment. Personal or business checks are accepted, but shipping may be delayed an additional 5-7 days in order for the check to clear.
