How is my order shipped?

We use an international courier company to deliver our orders around the world. The Western hemisphere is served by our office in Canada and the Eastern hemisphere from our office in India. In some cases, however, this may vary depending upon ordre volume.

How fast is my order shipped?

Normally, all orders are shipped out within 2-3 business days of their receipt. However, actual shipment date depends largely upon how your payment was made. If your payment was made using a personal check, for example, it may take several days before the check clears. As a matter of policy, we ship the product only after the funds have cleared.

Can I track my shipment once it is sent out?

We are presently working with the courier company to make this facility available to our customers. In the meantime, you will receive an email confirming that the shipment was made including a reference number that will allow you to track your shipment. Initially, the tracking is only available manually but soon, our customers will be able to track shipments on the Internet.

What if my product arrives damaged?

We are totally commited to your satisfaction. In the rare case that the product arrives damaged, please send us an email notifying us of the damage. If possible, please include a digital photograph of the product to enable us to file a claim with the courier company.
